I am an Aussie boy that moved abroad for work. I bought this apartment with the intention of living in it myself. This apartment has all the features I wanted to enable me to live a fantastic life style. Like Sport...? Walk to MCG, Albert Park, Beach, Melbourne Park Tennis and Basketball Stadiums Like Entertainment...?Walk downstairs you are on Southbank, Melbournes entertainment strip & Crown Casino entertainment complex with great nightlife Like Culture and Outdoors...? Walk into the Botanical Gardens, Victorian Arts Centre and Gallery,or take a stroll or a bike ride down the banks of the Yarra River In town for business...? Walk across the river into the Central Business District to work. My Dream Home...unfortunately I am still away working this allows you to share in this great lifestyle. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people. So, whether you are travelling with friends, have a family or an executive that likes SPACE (you know what I mean if youre used to those cramped Hotel rooms) you cant beat this place for value. Anne Marie says: "Although we did feel the apartment was reasonable value for the money, it was represented as a luxury apartment and the pictures also reflected a level of comfort that was not present in the actual accomodation. We enjoyed it for its location alone, in the heart of Melbourne. The linens were not adequate for a family of four and although there were many pillows there were only pillow cases for the pillows that were on the bed! There were only two bath towels per person which we felt was very scanty because you do not come all that way to stay in doing laundry to keep yourselves in fresh towels. Also the place was cold. Even though we turned the thermostat up,only the living and dining areas would warm up. We froze in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I'm afraid we could not recommend it to our friends."
