A tastefully decorated 2 bedroom villa on the South finger of Jolly Harbour Marina & Golf course, minutes from a stunning beach. Our villa has a large deck and private mooring. Opportunity to charter Benneteau 40.7 sailboat with skipper.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

joy says: "Hi Pat and Jenny We have just returned from a two week stay in your beautiful villa in Jolly harbour. the villa was absolutely superb, so spacious and very close to the beach. there was not anything that the villa did not have that you didnt have at home, it cerntainly was home from home.we cooked mostly at the villa due to the superb views from the decking.James Richards and sandra at HBK was very helpful through out our stay. we couldnt ask for better service same goes for Samuel and romeo on the shuttle bus.The photos of this villa does not do it any justice, the thing that sold this villa for us was the large decking and sun beds,the pictures of the bathrooms,bedrooms i think should be taken again as the villa is far better and far bigger than it looks on the photos taken. the villa needs a little painting on skirting boards.( wow) The villa was a absolute bargain and i will definatly book it again. What can I say Superb holiday superb beach superb villa superb location. Just one thing we did not take our phone with us but you can rent a phone for $2per day from the rental shop on site,and just put what credit you want on it which the ladies were very helpful and set the phones up for you this is far cheaper than getting a huge bill on your mobile when you get home. Once again thank you Pat and Jenny for allowing us to rent the villa. Joy and Paul "
