Lovely modern apartment, in centre of Zell, only 100m from lifts, 250m from lakeside, perfect for all amenities of this charming lakeside ski resort. Lovely views of ski slopes.

Zell am see apartment rental details

Location
Well you could not really ask for a better location if you want to be handy for all that Zell am See has to offer.Its a really wonderful and beautiful resort with excellent local sking and access to all round skiing on the glacier. Less than 100 metres to the new lift station and 250 metres to the lakeside. Its on a quiet road, off the main drag so nice and quiet but still very close to the shops and restaurants. There is a small supermarket and bakery just 50 metres away and plenty of restaurants and shops within 100 metres. In the summer there is alos a lot to do and the closeness to the lakeside is a real asset. Our clients have been very positive aobut this apartment (see reviews)

Facilities
There is a ski storage room in the basement, plus a guests laundry which is coin operated. There is a lift to all floors. There is limited parking in the street outside but ample parking in the undergound pay car park which is very close by.

Accommodation
The apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall/lobby , a very well equpped modern kitchen with microwave, full oven and hob. toaster, electric kettle and all cooking and kitchen items. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower and wash basin plus storage. There is a separate tolet with handbasin. The lounge/diner is light and spacious with dining/breakfast bar seating up to 5 persons, comfortable double sofa bed and single sofa bed, TV, DVD, coffee tables and lots of storage for those sleeping on the sofa beds.Tthe double bedroom is roomy and can accommodate the single sofa bed as weel as the double bed plus a cot. if required. Sleeping arrangements are a double bed in the bedroom plus double and single sofa beds in the lounge. it is ideal for 2 couples or a small familly. Not suitable for single sex groups. This is a really nice modern apartment, completely newly furnished and in an absulutely perfect location for everything Zell has to offer. The accommodation in total measures around 45m2 and feels spacious and light.

Zell has excellent swimming pools etc, both indoor and out, with saunas steam room etc. Unlimited use of pools, steamroom etc with lift pass just 15 euros per week for adults. Lift passes etc are all half price for children up to the age of 16. Excellent pools and family facilities at the lakeside, available at very reduced rates with local bus and lift pass in summer

Jennifer says: "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in zell, it has been our 4th now, and this was by far the best location we had stayed. It was close to everything you needed yet there was very little noise. The apartment was in good condition and very clean on arrival. Id say it would be a bit cramped if 5 people were to stay there, but if you just need a place to sleep and eat its brilliant! There were two of us and the space was very suitable for us. Overall this property was excellent and we had a fantastic time!"
